These terms apply to the Bebehug website and purchases from the online store operated by Boharras Inc. under the Dr.Bohrras Baby Care brand. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.
Products and descriptions
Product pages describe the products, available sizes, colours or designs and listed prices. Please review the product description and select the correct size, colour and quantity before checkout. Product photographs are illustrative; minor differences in colour appearance may occur between screens and the physical product.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The available size and product selection determine the displayed price. Please review the order summary and total before payment. Submitting a WhatsApp order inquiry is a request for confirmation and does not, by itself, mean that the order has been accepted. An order is confirmed when availability and the order details have been confirmed through the store's order process.
Payment
Where online payment is enabled, payments are processed through Razorpay and its available payment methods. Payment confirmation is subject to successful processing and verification. Do not share a UPI PIN, OTP, password or full payment-card details through WhatsApp or customer-support messages. If the checkout reports that payment status is uncertain, contact support and check with your bank/payment app before attempting to pay again.
Delivery
The website currently advertises free delivery within India, subject to serviceability, and an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days. Delivery estimates can vary by destination, logistics conditions and events outside our reasonable control. Please supply a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile contact and PIN code.
Cancellations, damaged items and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Privacy
Information supplied during an order is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Website availability and updates
We may update product information, prices or website content. We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If a website or payment error occurs, please contact customer support before retrying a payment when its status is unclear.
