Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy applies to orders placed through the Bebehug online store operated by Boharras Inc. under the Dr.Bohrras Baby Care brand.

Delivery area and charges

The website currently offers free delivery within India, subject to serviceability of the destination PIN code. If a destination cannot be served or a delivery limitation affects an order, we will contact the customer to discuss available options before proceeding.

Estimated delivery time

The current estimated delivery time displayed on the website is 3–5 working days after the order is confirmed and ready for dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery can take longer because of the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order processing and tracking

Please provide a complete delivery address, recipient name, reachable mobile number and correct six-digit PIN code. If additional information is needed to deliver an order, customer support may contact you using the details provided at checkout. Where a tracking reference is available, we will share it through the available order-support channel.

Delayed, lost or undelivered orders

If an order has not arrived within the estimated window, or tracking suggests an issue, contact customer support with your order reference. We will review the available shipment information and explain the next steps. Where a shipment is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered, any cancellation or refund will be handled under our Refunds & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Incorrect delivery details

Please verify the delivery details before submitting an order. Incorrect or incomplete address information can delay delivery or prevent successful delivery. Contact us promptly if you notice a mistake; changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
